Willkommen im Audi F1 Projekt.

Audi wird ab 2026 in der FIA Formel 1 Weltmeisterschaft antreten.

Das neue Team hat drei Standorte. Die Formel-1-Fabrik der Sauber Group in Hinwil (Schweiz) ist bekannt für ihre innovativen Technologien und ihre Leidenschaft für den Rennsport. Audis Motorsport-Kompetenzzentrum in Neuburg (Deutschland) gilt als eines der modernsten seiner Art in Europa. Wir haben kürzlich das Sauber Motorsport Technology Center im Vereinigten Königreich eröffnet. Unsere Power Unit kommt aus Neuburg, während Hinwil für die Entwicklung des Chassis und den Rennbetrieb mit Unterstützung aus den Vereinigten Königreich verantwortlich ist.

Deine Aufgabe

Erstellung und Pflege von HR-Dashboards und Kennzahlen zur Unterstützung datenbasierter Entscheidungen
Erstellung und Überwachung von HR-Budgets, Forecasts und Planungsprozessen
Durchführung von Kostenanalysen (z. B. Personalkosten, FTE-Entwicklung)
Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung von Gehaltsrunden und Bonusprozessen
Pflege von Jobarchitekturen und Benchmark-Daten
Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von HR-Prozessen
Erstellung von Reports für interne und externe Stakeholder
Zusammenarbeit mit Finance und Controlling zur Abstimmung von HR-Daten und Budgetprozessen
Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits
Mitwirkung bei HR-Projekten

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling, Human Resources oder einem verwandten Bereich
Erste Berufserfahrung im HR-Controlling, HR-Analytics oder Finanzbereich von Vorteil
Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit BI-Tools wie Power BI oder Tableau
Kenntnisse in HRIS-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Personio) und Datenmanagement
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Zahlenaffinität

Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has three locations. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. We have recently opened Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the UK. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations with support from the UK.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

Develop and maintain HR dashboards and key metrics to support data-driven decision-making
Prepare and monitor HR budgets, forecasts, and planning processes
Conduct cost analyses (e.g. personnel costs, FTE development)
Support the preparation of salary reviews and bonus processes
Maintain job architecture and benchmarking data
Ensure data quality and support the optimization of HR processes
Create reports for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with Finance and Controlling to align HR data and budgeting processes
Support internal and external audits
Contribute to HR projects

Your profile

University degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Human Resources or a related field
Initial work experience in HR Controlling, HR Analytics or Finance is an advantage
Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g. SAP, Personio) and data management
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Analytical thinking, structured and solution-oriented working style
Team player with strong communication skills and high affinity for numbers
