Das neue Team hat drei Standorte. Die Formel-1-Fabrik der Sauber Group in Hinwil (Schweiz) ist bekannt für ihre innovativen Technologien und ihre Leidenschaft für den Rennsport. Audis Motorsport-Kompetenzzentrum in Neuburg (Deutschland) gilt als eines der modernsten seiner Art in Europa. Wir haben kürzlich das Sauber Motorsport Technology Center im Vereinigten Königreich eröffnet. Unsere Power Unit kommt aus Neuburg, während Hinwil für die Entwicklung des Chassis und den Rennbetrieb mit Unterstützung aus den Vereinigten Königreich verantwortlich ist.

Diese Position für das Audi F1 Projekt ist bei Sauber in Hinwil (Schweiz).

Deine Aufgabe

Begrüssung und Empfang: Professioneller Empfang der Gäste und kurze organisatorische Einweisung (Ablauf, Sicherheitsregeln, Verhaltenshinweise).
Sicherheitsbriefing: Durchführung der notwendigen Sicherheitsunterweisungen vor dem Betreten der Produktionsbereiche.
Führung und Vermittlung: Inhaltlich fundierte und strukturierte Führung durch die Produktionslinien, die Montage, die Prüfstände, den Windkanal und den Eventbereich sowie Vermittlung der einzelnen Produktionsschritte (z. B. Materialwahl, Fertigung von Carbon und Komponenten, Montage, Qualitätsprüfung).
Storytelling: Erklärung der technischen Abläufe in verständlicher Sprache und Einbettung in den Unternehmens- und Motorsportkontext (Geschichte, Philosophie, Innovationsansatz).
Interaktion und Q&A: aktives Einbinden der Gäste, Beantwortung technischer und allgemeiner Fragen, Moderation von Diskussionen.
Repräsentation: Professionelles Auftreten, Authentizität und spürbare Begeisterung für das Handwerk, um die Marke Audi F1 zu repräsentieren.
Feedback und Dokumentation: Erfassung des Gästefeedbacks und Meldung von Problemen oder besonderen Vorkommnissen an das Eventteam.
Diskretion und Compliance: Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen und Einhaltung aller Betriebs- und Vertraulichkeitsregeln.

Dein Profil

Interesse an Automotive, Motorsport, Technik oder Handwerk
Erfahrung in Tour-Guiding, Kundenservice oder ähnlichen Bereichen von Vorteil
Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch (mind. C1-Niveau), weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
Kommunikationsstark mit Talent fürs Storytelling
Zuverlässig, pünktlich und gut vorbereitet
Flexibel bei Zeitplänen, Gruppengrößen und Sprachen
Identifikation mit der Marke Audi & Formel 1
Erfahrung mit Planungssystemen (z. B. Monday.com, Coople) oder als Freelancer
Verfügbarkeit für mind. 10 Touren/Jahr, auch kurzfristig & abends
Wohnsitz in der Region Zürich, Führerschein von Vorteil

Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

Welcome & Reception: Professional reception of guests; short organizational briefing (agenda, safety rules, behavior guidelines).
Safety Briefing: Conducting the necessary safety instructions before entering production areas.
Guidance & Explanation: Knowledge-based, structured tours through production lines, assembly, test benches, wind tunnel, and event areas; explaining individual production steps (e.g., material selection, carbon/component manufacturing, assembly, quality inspection).
Storytelling: Explaining technical processes in clear language, embedding them in the company and motorsport context (history, philosophy, innovation approach).
Interaction & Q&A: Actively engaging guests, answering technical and general questions, moderating discussions.
Representation: Representing the Audi F1 brand – professional demeanor, authenticity, and tangible enthusiasm for the craft.
Feedback & Documentation: Recording guest feedback, reporting issues or special incidents to the event team.
Discretion & Compliance: Handling sensitive information responsibly; adhering to all operational and confidentiality rules

Your profile

Interest in automotive, motorsports, technology, or craftsmanship.
Experience in tour guiding, customer service, or similar is a plus.
Fluent in German and English (min. C1), other languages a bonus.
Strong communicator with storytelling skills.
Reliable, punctual, and well-prepared.
Flexible with schedules, group sizes, and languages.
Passionate brand ambassador for Audi & F1.
Familiar with tools like Monday.com, Coople, or works as freelancer.
Available for ~10 tours/year, including evenings & short notice.
Based in Zurich area, driving license is a plus.
