Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.  
 
 Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.  
 
The new team has three locations. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. We have recently opened Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the UK. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations with support from the UK.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Deine Aufgabe
  • Plan, organise and deliver live marketing operations at on- and off-track events, ensuring seamless execution, consistent delivery and a strong brand identity across all team activities
  • Manage marketing assets and oversee their deployment on behalf of the team and our partners
  • Take responsibility for managing the marketing and hospitality infrastructure at races and events, including preparing all relevant documents, reports and event briefings
  • Support guest management during races and contribute to other team activities and off-track live experience events as required
  • Drive collaboration across departments to successfully deliver projects and ensure alignment with all stakeholders
  • Travel to up to 15 events per year
Dein Profil
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in event production and operations (preferably in Formula 1 or major sporting events)

  • University degree in one of the following fields or a similar qualification: Hospitality and Event Management, Marketing/Communications, Sports Management, Tourism Management, or Business Administration

  • Understanding of global event logistics, along with experience in premium brand environments; knowledge of Formula 1 event environments is a strong advantage

  • Experience in marketing asset coordination and logistics, third-party supplier and agency coordination, as well as road car and track car events is a plus

  • Excellent project and event management skills

  • Understanding of business procurement procedures, purchase orders, and invoicing processes

  • Proactive problem-solving mindset, hands-on attitude, and the ability to adapt to high-pressure, fast-paced environments

  • Strong delivery-focused mindset, ensuring world-class experiences with a positive attitude

  • Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office software

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
