Comprehensive assistance to the Executive Management of Sauber Holding AG (CFO, COO) in a dynamic, international motorsport environment
Secretariat duties (approx. 30%), including correspondence, telephone management and travel arrangements
Structured coordination of calendar and appointment management for the Executive Management
Preparation, organization and follow-up of meetings and appointments, including minute-taking
Professional support of the Board of Directors, including documentation, preparation of files and travel planning
Review, preparation and management of contracts in close cooperation with the Legal Department
Support in subject-related projects with business and legal focus in a complex international environment
Completed university degree in Business Administration, Law or a comparable field
2–3 years of relevant professional experience
Ideally, initial experience in supporting Boards of Directors and working closely with CFO, COO and Legal functions
Fluent in German and English (bilingual or native German speaker with excellent English skills)
High level of discretion, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented working style
Confident use of MS Office; ideally experience with digital governance and project management tools
Passion for motorsport and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, international environment
