Your mission

Comprehensive assistance to the Executive Management of Sauber Holding AG (CFO, COO) in a dynamic, international motorsport environment
Administrational duties, including internal and external correspondence, meeting preparation, travel bookings
Structured coordination of calendar and appointment management for the Executive Management
Preparation, organization and follow-up of meetings and appointments, including minute-taking
Professional support of the Board of Directors, including documentation, preparation of files
Review, preparation and management of contracts in close cooperation with the Legal Department
Support in subject-related projects with business and legal focus in a complex international environment

Your profile

Completed university degree in Business Administration, Law or a comparable field
+4 years of relevant professional experience
Ideally, initial experience in supporting Boards of Directors and working closely with CFO, COO and Legal functions
Fluent in German and English (bilingual or native German speaker with excellent English skills)
High level of discretion, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented working style
Confident use of MS Office; ideally experience with digital governance and project management tools
Passion for motorsport and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, international environment

Deine Aufgabe

Umfassende Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung der Sauber Holding AG (CFO, COO) in einem dynamischen, internationalen Motorsportumfeld
Verwaltungsaufgaben inklusive Korrespondenz, Telefonmanagement und Reiseorganisation
Strukturierte Koordination des Kalendermanagements und Terminplanung für die Geschäftsleitung
Vorbereitung, Organisation und Nachbereitung von Sitzungen und Terminen sowie Protokollführung
Professionelle Betreuung des Verwaltungsrats (VR) mit entsprechender Dokumentation, Aktenvorbereitung und Reiseorganisation
Prüfung, Vorbereitung und Verwaltung von Verträgen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechtsabteilung
Unterstützung bei fachlichen Projekten mit BWL- und Legal-Bezug in einem komplexen internationalen Umfeld

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
+4 Jahre Berufserfahrung
Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Betreuung von Verwaltungsräten sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit CFO, COO und Legal von Vorteil
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (bilingual oder deutsche Muttersprache mit sehr guten Englischkenntnissen)
Hohe Diskretion, Organisationstalent und eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit digitalen Verwaltungs- und Projektmanagementtools
Leidenschaft für Motorsport und Freude an der Arbeit in einem schnelllebigen, internationalen Umfeld
