Willkommen im Audi F1 Projekt.

Audi wird ab 2026 in der FIA Formel 1 Weltmeisterschaft antreten.

Das neue Team hat drei Standorte. Die Formel-1-Fabrik der Sauber Group in Hinwil (Schweiz) ist bekannt für ihre innovativen Technologien und ihre Leidenschaft für den Rennsport. Audis Motorsport-Kompetenzzentrum in Neuburg (Deutschland) gilt als eines der modernsten seiner Art in Europa. Wir haben kürzlich das Sauber Motorsport Technology Center im Vereinigten Königreich eröffnet. Unsere Power Unit kommt aus Neuburg, während Hinwil für die Entwicklung des Chassis und den Rennbetrieb mit Unterstützung aus den Vereinigten Königreich verantwortlich ist.

Deine Aufgabe

Folierung unserer F1-Fahrzeuge und der Infrastruktur
Durchführung von Kapazitätsprüfungen mit allen relevanten Montageabteilungen, um die Durchführbarkeit und termingerechte Lieferung sicherzustellen
Verwaltung der Verfügbarkeit und Lagerbestände von Aufklebern und Folien, einschliesslich proaktiver Bestandskontrolle
Pflege und Aktualisierung der Dokumentation zu Folien und Aufklebern auf SharePoint, Sicherstellung der Genauigkeit und Zugänglichkeit
Sammeln und Vorbereiten von Teilen für Schablonen- und Applikationsprozesse
Funktion als zentrale Kommunikationsschnittstelle und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Lieferanten zur Abstimmung und Gewährleistung reibungsloser Arbeitsabläufe
Praktische Unterstützung bei der Verpackung und Applikation von Folien bei Bedarf

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werbegestalter:in oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Bereich
3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Folienapplikation, im Fahrzeugbranding oder in vergleichbaren Produktionsaufgaben
Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Kapazitätsplanung und im Management von Arbeitsabläufen in technischen oder Produktionsumfeldern
Ausgeprägter Teamplayer mit exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie der Fähigkeit, mehrere Abteilungen und externe Partner effektiv zu koordinieren
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Grundkenntnisse in SAP für Bestands- und Prozessmanagement
Vertrautheit mit Design-Software, insbesondere Adobe Creative Cloud-Anwendungen wie Illustrator und Photoshop
Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Ein gutes Auge für Details und eine Leidenschaft für Qualität in allen Arbeitsbereichen

Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has three locations. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. We have recently opened Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the UK. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations with support from the UK.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

Livery/wrapping of our F1 cars and related infrastructure
Conducting capacity checks with all relevant assembly departments to ensure feasibility and timely delivery
Managing the availability and stock levels of stickers and foils, including proactive inventory control
Maintaining and updating documentation related to foils and stickers on SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Collecting and preparing parts for templating and application processes
Serving as the primary communication hub, liaising effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure alignment and smooth workflows
Bringing a hands-on approach to foil wrapping and application support when needed

Your profile

Completed education as an Advertising Designer or in a similar technical field
3 to 5 years of professional experience in foil application, vehicle branding, or comparable production roles
Proven experience in capacity planning and managing workflows within a technical or production environment
Strong team player with excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating effectively across multiple departments and external partners
Proficient in MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP for inventory and process management
Familiarity with design software, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator and Photoshop
Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality in every aspect of your work
