Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.  
  
 Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.  
  
 The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. 
  
 What you need? The mindset of an athlete. If you are someone for whom giving up isn’t an option and limits are just something to be overcome, you can bring Vorsprung durch Technik to Formula 1 with us. Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history.
   
 This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
  • Prepare and deliver regular reporting and dashboards for various stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, Senior Management, and the Commercial Management Team
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional commercial projects from planning through execution
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and reporting in alignment with strategic goals
  • Support senior leadership with structured updates and insight into commercial performance
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across internal teams and external partners
  • Assist in creating presentations and briefing materials for high-level meetings
  • Develop project tracking tools and performance monitoring frameworks
Your profile
  • 2–4 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, management consulting, advising on strategic initiatives in industries such as sports, media, technology, and automotive
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sports Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint for creating presentations
  • Proficiency in strategic thinking, strategy development, and financial modeling
  • Structured and analytical approach to solving complex business problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confidence and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic settings, leveraging agile methodologies to complete tasks and projects
  • Experience in meeting tight deadlines and handling high-pressure situations
  • A passion for motorsport is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage
