Audi wird ab 2026 in der FIA Formel 1 Weltmeisterschaft antreten.

Das neue Team hat drei Standorte. Audis Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Deutschland) gilt als eines der modernsten seiner Art in Europa. Die Sauber Group's Formula 1 Factory in Hinwil (Schweiz) ist bekannt für ihre innovativen Technologien und ihre Leidenschaft für den Rennsport. Das Sauber Motorsport Technology Center im Vereinigten Königreich wird in diesem Jahr in Betrieb genommen. Unsere Power Unit kommt aus Neuburg, während Hinwil für die Entwicklung des Chassis und den Rennbetrieb verantwortlich ist.

Diese Position für das Audi F1 Projekt ist bei Sauber in Hinwil (Schweiz).

Deine Aufgabe

Planen, steuern und überwachen der Arbeitsprozesse, damit Produkte in der gewünschten Menge und der verlangten Qualität zur richtigen Zeit angefertigt werden können
Koordination des Produktionsarbeitsablaufs für die intern eingeplanten Composite Bauteile
Plant und optimiert die zeitliche Reihenfolge von Aufträgen und Bestellungen
Make-or-buy Entscheidung anhand der erstellten Kapazitätsplanung
Enge Abstimmung der Projekte mit internen Prozesspartnern
Sicherstellen, dass eingeplante Projekte entsprechend der Planung hergestellt werden.

Dein Profil

Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung
Idealerweise Kenntnisse über Produktionsprozesse in der Composite Produktion
Die Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen zu lesen und zu verstehen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (beides ist zwingend)
Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP und den gängigen MS-Office Produkten, sowie idealerweise MS Project
Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, um mit Mitarbeitenden auf allen Ebenen zusammenarbeiten zu können
Ein analytisches Denkvermögen und eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
Eine hohe Eigenmotivation
Eine selbstständige, pro-aktive, präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Bereitschaft, Sondereinsätze zu leisten

Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

Planning, controlling and monitoring work processes to ensure that products can be manufactured in the desired quantity and the required quality at the right time
Coordinating the production workflow for the internally planned composite components
Planning and optimising the chronological order of orders and purchase orders
Make-or-buy decision based on the capacity planning
Close coordination of projects with internal process partners
Ensuring that planned projects are produced according to plan.

Your profile

A successfully completed basic apprenticeship in a trade or commercial occupation
Ideally, knowledge of production processes in composite production
The ability to read and understand technical drawings
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken (both are mandatory)
Good user knowledge of SAP and the common MS Office products, as well as ideally MS Project
Strong interpersonal skills to work with employees at all levels
Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
A high level of self-motivation
An independent, proactive, precise and reliable way of working
Willingness to work extra hours.
