Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into a factory team – and you can be part of it.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

Production of high-quality photo and video content for internal and external communication channels
Responsibility for the visual identity on all owned and earned media platforms
Promoting innovative communication by utilising the latest technologies and trends
Managing content production at our headquarters in Hinwil, the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg (Germany), during race weekends, and at other high-impact events
Establishing a dynamic in-house content studio and collaborating closely with the Commercial Team on large-scale productions
CMS maintenance

Your profile

At least 4 years experience in photo and video content creation
Communications experience with proven success in fast-paced environments
Passion for the latest digital technologies and trends with a focus on creative content solutions
Creative mindset and out-of-the-box thinking
Expertise in Video Editing & Motion Graphics
Passion for F1 and motorsport in general
Full professional proficiency in German or English and a willingness to learn a basic level in the corresponding other language are prerequisites

Das neue Team hat zwei Standorte. Das Kompetenzzentrum Motorsport von Audi in Neuburg (Deutschland) gilt als eines der modernsten seiner Art in Europa. Die Formel-1-Fabrik der Sauber Group in Hinwil (Schweiz) ist bekannt für innovative Technologien und Leidenschaft für den Rennsport. Dabei kommt die Power Unit aus Neuburg, während Hinwil für die Entwicklung des Chassis sowie die Race Operations zuständig ist. Deine Aufgabe

Produktion von hochwertigem Foto- und Videocontent für interne und externe Kommunikationskanäle
Verantwortung für die visuelle Identität auf sämtlichen Owned- und Earned-Media-Plattformen
Förderung innovativer Kommunikation durch Nutzung der neuesten Technologien und Trends.
Koordination der Content-Produktion an unserem Hauptsitz (Hinwil), im Audi Competence Center Motorsport der Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (D), an Rennwochenenden und anderen High-Impact-Events
Aufbau eines flexiblen Inhouse-Content-Studios und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Commercial-Team für grössere Produktionen
CMS Betreuung

Dein Profil

Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Erstellung von hoch qualitativen Foto- und Videoinhalten
Kommunikationserfahrung mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in "fast-paced environments"
Leidenschaft für die neuesten digitalen Technologien und Trends, mit Fokus auf kreative Content-Lösungen
Kreatives Mindset und "Out-of-the-Box"-Denken
Expertise in Video Editing & Motion Graphics
Leidenschaft für Formel 1 und Motorsport generell
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse sowie die Bereitschaft Grundkenntnisse in der jeweils anderen Sprache zu erlernen sind Voraussetzung
