Willkommen im Audi F1 Projekt.

Audi wird ab 2026 in der FIA Formel 1 Weltmeisterschaft antreten.

Das neue Team hat drei Standorte. Audis Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Deutschland) gilt als eines der modernsten seiner Art in Europa. Die Sauber Group's Formula 1 Factory in Hinwil (Schweiz) ist bekannt für ihre innovativen Technologien und ihre Leidenschaft für den Rennsport. Das Sauber Motorsport Technology Center im Vereinigten Königreich wird in diesem Jahr in Betrieb genommen. Unsere Power Unit kommt aus Neuburg, während Hinwil für die Entwicklung des Chassis und den Rennbetrieb verantwortlich ist.

Diese Position für das Audi F1 Projekt ist bei Sauber in Hinwil (Schweiz).

Deine Aufgabe

Programmieren komplexer Bauteile mittels CAM-Software, hyperMill oder 3dX
Einfahren und Betreuen komplexer Fräs-Bauteile, Anbringen und Optimieren von Änderungen
Arbeiten an modernsten 5-Achsbearbeitungszenter mit Heidenhain TNC640
Bestücken und Priorisieren von Prototypen-/ Einzel- und Kleinserienteile mittels neuester Robotertechnologie
Verantworltich sein für die Genauigkeit der Teile sowie den kompletten Ablauf; von der Materialbestellung bis hin zur Kontrolle der Werkstücke
Arbeiten in einem Zweischichtbetrieb
Leisten einzelner Wochenendeinsätze

Dein Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker/in EFZ
Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit 5-Achsen-Maschinen
Mehrjährige CAM-Erfahrung / hyperMILL, CATIA V5, 3dX (von Vorteil)
Gute Kenntnisse der Heidenhain-Steuerung (von Vorteil)
Freude an High-Tech-Materialien
Sorgfältige und sehr selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
Bereitschaft, sich auch ausserhalb üblicher Arbeitszeiten einzusetzen
Bereitschaft, zeitversetzt zu arbeiten
Erfahrung in Formel 1-Umfeld (von Vorteil)
Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch. Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Our Team

Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

Programming complex components using CAM software like hyperMILL or 3dX
Run-in and supervise complex milled components, make and optimise changes
Work on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centres with Heidenhain TNC640
Load and prioritise prototype/one-off and small series parts using the latest robot technology
Be responsible for the accuracy of the parts and the entire process, from ordering materials to checking the workpieces
Work in a 2-shift operation
Occasional weekend work

Your profile

Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ
Several years of experience with 5-axis machines
Several years of CAM experience / hyperMILL, CATIA V5, 3dX (an advantage)
Good knowledge of the Heidenhain control system (an advantage)
Enjoy working with high-tech materials
Used to working carefully and independently
A team player and very flexible
Willing to work outside normal working hours
Willing to work on a time-shifted basis
Experience in a Formula 1 environment
Proficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage
